How to use
Blend 2 level teaspoons (7g) to 200ml of water, smoothies or juice or sprinkle over cereal to increase nutrient intake as part of a balanced and nutritious diet. We recommend storing wholefood powders below 25°C unopened and in the refrigerator after opening. Always use a clean, dry spoon.

Contraindications and Considerations

While Vita-sol is considered a wholefood product there are a couple of considerations when recommending the range to your clients.

Pregnancy

Seek medical advice prior to making any dietary changes.

Chemotherapy and Infinity

We do not recommend taking Infinity during chemotherapy treatments due to the high dose antioxidants which could inhibit the effectiveness of the chemotherapy drugs.

Potassium sparing blood pressure medication and Vita-sol

There are different types of blood pressure medications and each work differently in the body. If someone is taking potassium sparing blood pressure medication they may need to be mindful not to eat a diet that is really high in potassium rich foods such as fruits and vegetables. As a safety precaution we would therefore recommend medical approval prior to recommending any form of dietary changes including taking Vita-sol wholefood powders.
