Omnilux Contour™ Hand uses two proven wavelengths of light; 633nm,red light and 830nm or near infra-red light. These wavelengths have been shown in clinical studies to stimulate collagen and elastin production in a process called photobiomodulation. These effects help skin cells absorb topical skincare products more effectively and helps rebuild the damage caused by the aging process.

Launched this year in Australia and based on the worlds leading Omnilux medical-grade and professional in-clinic LED light therapy technology.  Omnilux Contour™ Hand is a flexible, portable, affordable, FDA-cleared home-use device that uses light emitting diodes (LEDs), designed to deliver specific wavelengths of light,  directly into the skin.  It’s close proximity to the skin, ensures that the maximum amount of light reaches its skin cell targets and is not wasted, in order to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and improve overall skin tone and health.

Omnilux Contour Hand  generates no heat and is safe for all ages and skin types. It is compatible with most skin care routines. It can also be used in conjunction with other professional skin treatments such as microneedling, peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, to optimize results.

Omnilux recommend a course of treatments: 3-5x 10-minute treatments, per week, for 4-6 weeks, with maintenance usage 2-3x weekly.

• DO NOT use Omnilux Contour™ Hand LED system to treat any other
  conditions apart from those listed in the indications for use.
  The Omnilux Contour™ Hand LED system has not been tested for any
  other conditions than those listed, and the risk is unknown.
• DO NOT use Omnilux Contour™ Hand LED system if you are pregnant,
  planning on becoming pregnant or breastfeeding. The Omnilux
  Contour™ Hand LED system has NOT been tested on pregnant or
  breast feeding women and therefore the risk to the fetus, neonate
  or pregnant women is unknown.
• DO NOT use Omnilux Contour™ Hand LED system if you suffer from
  Lupus erythematosus, photosensitive eczema or Albinism.
  If you use the Omnilux Contour™ Hand LED system to treat Lupus
  erythematosus, photosensitive eczema or Albinism you may
  cause a severe skin reaction.
• DO NOT use Omnilux Contour Hand LED system if you suffer from
  any photosensitive disorder (sensitization to light). If you
  use the Omnilux Contour™ Hand LED system and you suffer from a
  photosensitive disorder you may cause a severe skin reaction.
• DO NOT use Omnilux Contour™ Hand LED system if you are
  taking any medication that can cause photo-sensitivity. If you
  use the Omnilux Contour™ Hand LED system and you are taking
  any medication that can causes photo sensitivity you may cause a
  severe skin reaction.
  Photo sensitivity is a common side effect of various medications.
  These can include certain antibiotics, chemotherapy drugs, and
  diuretics. If you are unsure about any medication you may be
  taking consult your healthcare provider.
  Other substances not listed above can also cause photo sensitivity.
  Common examples of these substances are:
  sweeteners, naphthalene (mothballs), petroleum products,
  brightening agents found in laundry detergent, and cadmium
  sulphide (a chemical injected into the skin during tattooing).

PRECAUTIONS:-

BEFORE USE ENSURE YOU PERFORM A SKIN SENSITIVITY TEST
Before using the Omnilux Contour™ Hand you must carry out a
sensitization test (see How To Use Section, below).

DO NOT proceed to use the Omnilux Contour™ Hand if the skin sensitivity test demonstrates you are sensitive to Omnilux Contour™ Neck & Décolleté.

For users taking prescriptive levels of oral Tretinoin, we do not recommend the use of light devices. Such prescription Vit A oral medication should be discontinued for at least 5 days before performing light therapy treatments. Those using cosmetics/skincare products containing retinol should read the skincare instructions carefully for warnings and precautions in relation to exposure to light. Cosmetics/skincare products containing retinol may be used with Contour devices if there are no precautions in relation to exposure to light.
